Revision & Proofs
Revising your article
Revised versions must be submitted using the Track Changes tool in Microsoft Word so that the Subject Editor can clearly identify all corrections and additions.
Authors must also submit a detailed response letter addressing each comment raised by the reviewers. Failure to include this letter may lead to rejection of the revised manuscript.
Proofs
During the layout stage, authors will receive a PDF proof.
Only minor corrections should be made at this stage. Significant textual changes are not allowed unless approved by the Editorial Office.
If corrections are required, they should be clearly indicated.
Manuscript Withdrawal Requests to withdraw a manuscript must be sent to the Editor-in-Chief with a valid justification. Withdrawal requests will be evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief.
Average initial editorial decision: 2–3 weeks.
Manuscript Template
You can also download the official Manuscript Template (Microsoft Word), which provides the required structure and formatting guidelines for preparing your submission.
