Archiving & Digital Preservation

The journal ensures long-term digital preservation, permanent accessibility, and traceability of all published content through multiple complementary mechanisms:

• PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): secure international digital archiving to guarantee long-term preservation and redundancy.
• LOCKSS-compatible archiving via OJS: distributed archiving to ensure content integrity, prevent data loss, and maintain redundancy across multiple nodes.
• Institutional repositories: local storage and backup at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, University of East Sarajevo, ensuring reliable preservation within the institution.
• DOI Srpska: all published articles are assigned persistent Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) via DOI Srpska, ensuring permanent traceability, interoperability with international bibliographic databases, and reliable citation tracking.

All versions of each manuscript are archived, with previous versions retained for transparency and audit purposes. These measures collectively ensure that all articles are preserved in their final published version, remain permanently accessible, fully interoperable with global scholarly systems, and protected against data loss or corruption.
